JOB LOCATION: Johannesburg
SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
Strategically direct the Group Enterprise Business Unit, defining new Group Enterprise business strategies and oversee the implementation of Group-wide Enterprise projects, products and services across the Group’s footprint.
KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Essential to hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business or Technology); MBA is advantageous
At least five years’ experience at executive level in large complex multi-national organisations, preferably in the ICT industry
Minimum of ten years’ Enterprise experience in a multi-national environment, preferably emerging markets
Sound knowledge of Enterprise products and services and technical architecture. Key focus on verticals
An entrepreneurially orientated individual who will be able to radicalise the business
Strong drive to deliver results coupled with sound people management and leadership skills in order to influence people, build relationships and engage the team to deliver the required results. A team player and change manager
KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Drive the Enterprise Business Unit at Head Office and assume responsibility for strategy creation, product development and business execution across the Group.
Align and coordinate the P&L of the business segment as a consolidation of the local P&Ls
Centralize the management and P&L of the Group’s central global accounts and build a strong commercial and operational force to drive strategic acquisition and management of top global accounts with an African and Middle East presence
Lead the business plan, go-to-market and delivery for Group Enterprise platforms by defining the product strategy, agreeing on the design and roadmap, setting up the centralized Hubs in conjunction with Hub Operating Countries and managing the overall execution and management of group products
